The Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP) is seeking information about your experience with recruitment and hiring to a police service. As a recently hired officer we think you will have valuable information that police services can use to improve the recruiting process for future police candidates. 

This questionnaire asks you to provide information about yourself but is anonymous and no information that would permit individuals to be identified will be released. 

The information is requested on a voluntary basis and you may choose to not answer any or all of the questions. 

This survey has been completd by recent graduates of the Basic Constable Training (BCT) program at the Ontario Police College (OPC) and we estimate it will take you about 15 minutes to complete. Your responses will also be used to improve the survey.
